We know that every client is different, and requires varying levels of support throughout the year. We offer the following two billing plans as a starting point, and can work out the rest during initial consultation.
This option best suits those who only need occasional support. While the hourly rate is higher with this option, there is no monthly or yearly obligation. You only pay an hourly fee plus materials when you actually call us.
Depending on the project, we may also do a flat-rate or capped arrangement in order to contain your cost. This is generally an option where the project's scope is well-defined.
Most clients go with this until they're comfortable with our service levels.
Under this plan, you pre-pay a retainer for a certain number of 8-hour days per month. The hourly rate will be lower than the As You Need IT plan, and you still are only paying in advance for the days you think you'll need -- not full time. The plan automatically extends to the As You Need IT hourly rate once the number of reserved hours is exhausted, so you'll always get the help you need.
