Plan 1: As You Need IT

This option best suits those who only need occasional support. While the hourly rate is higher with this option, there is no monthly or yearly obligation. You only pay an hourly fee plus materials when you actually call us. Most clients go with this until they're comfortable with our service levels.

Plan 2: Retain-IT

Under this plan, you pre-pay a retainer for a certain number of 8-hour days per month. The hourly rate will be lower than the As You Need IT plan, and you still are only paying in advance for the days you think you'll need -- not full time. The plan automatically extends to the As You Need IT hourly rate once the number of reserved hours is exhausted, so you'll always get the help you need.

We negotiate the specifics of each plan on an individual basis with each of our clients based on the expected types of work and time required.
